Who you are:
Deliver a cross functional service to the customer in order to meet the customer demands secure a timely accurate communication to the customer as well as within own organization
About the job:
· Registrate orders monitorder settlement process (delay, move forward, orders on hold, TBA).
· Ensure that orders are maintained updated.
· Handle returns, commission, credit/debit.
· Coordinate follow up on claims customers.
· Prepare quotes including parts detective (prices, delivery time mintechnical selection).
· Communicate with customers act as customers representative internal. Drive/contribute to continuous improvement.
What you know:
Knowledge skills:
· Bachelabove degree.
· Knowledge of ERP systems Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word is preferred
· Excellent Communication Skills – logical organized (in both Chinese & English).
·
Attitude motivation:
· Have good working attitude teamwork spirit.
· Be conscientious careful, have strong sense of responsibility.
· Strong learning ability highly initiative.
