The main purpose of the position is to ensure the material received used on products fulfil the quality requirements.
The main activities including:
?Mechanical property test chemical composition analysis
?Material receipt inspection & Material traceability
About the job:
Handle quality aspects directly related to manufacturing processes/products Participate/conduct customers/suppliers audit Handle quality related Nonconformity/observations/comments.
Carry out mechanical property test chemical composition analysis (Spectral analysis) of steel materials according to the test rules determine whether the test results comply with relevant standards.
Work out/maintain test procedures based on production design code (Class rule, EN Etc.)
Day-to-day management of the laboratory.
Carry out material receipt inspection according to PO, such as material surface, size, marking, etc.
Check the material certificate contents meet corresponding standard requirements.
Register maintain material certificates in QCM system.
Release the material to production ensuring that materials are used correctly.
Prepare traceability reports.
Prepare follow up NCR of non-conforming materials.
Coordinate with team members authority.
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the supervisor.
Support to promote manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.
