1.Lead change management, to be the expert and owner of company change management procedure.
2.Lead function team to review changes, ensure change be reviewed, approved or cancelled without implement risk.
3.Lead function team to communicate with customer for change approval, and consolidate customer requirement for changes.
4.Conduct change notice in system, lead CIB meeting with function team to implement change.
5.Lead function team to define change implement tasks with owner and due date, make sure all task are well tracked until closed, full fill in related tasks status into change system with evidence support.
6.To be the internal trainer of change management to function team and freshers.
7.Responsible for change management section in internal and external audit.
8.Other tasks assigned by managers.
Education: Bacheldegree above in engineering
Experience: 5 years Change management PM experience
Professional Skills: APQP, Project management skill preferred
Language: Good at oral written English
PC Skills: Good at MS office
